Architect by profession, designer by choice, writer by passion, sometime stylist and mama to Henry. My design aspirations extend from commercial interiors to Henry’s room, my literary aspirations traverse Wittgenstein to the wonderful writings of A.A. Milne.
A design sourcebook of modernism, minimalism and motherhood, owl’s house london is based on the philosophy of beauty and functionality in everything. Trying to create a more simple, pared back lifestyle. My passion and the driving force behind this blog is good design, both in the environment we inhabit and in the objects we use everyday. Both have to be useful, functional, beautiful.
I want to share my inspirations for architecture, interior spaces, materials, finishes, beautiful art and photography, my design heros and objet trouvé.
I live in central London and run an architecture and design studio, HeathWalker Studio
